At David Stern Jewelers and our affiliated stores, we understand that receiving your fine jewelry purchase safely and securely is of utmost importance. As a premium service to our valued customers, we are pleased to offer complimentary Two-Day delivery on all orders exceeding $5,000. This service demonstrates our commitment to exceptional customer care and ensures you receive your precious purchases promptly. For orders under $5,000, shipping fees will apply based on the delivery method selected and the destination address.

Security is paramount in our shipping process. Every shipment we send is fully insured for the complete value of your purchase, protecting your investment from point of origin to final delivery. To further enhance security, all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. We cannot and will not waive this requirement under any circumstances, as it is essential for maintaining the chain of custody for your valuable items.

We take pride in providing additional value to our customers, which is why we include a complimentary professional jewelry appraisal with all purchases over $3,000. This appraisal document is suitable for insurance purposes and provides a detailed description and valuation of your item, giving you the documentation needed to properly insure your new purchase.

For your convenience, overnight delivery is available for all in-stock items upon request. If you need your jewelry quickly for a special occasion or event, please inform our staff when placing your order, and we will make the necessary arrangements to expedite your delivery. Additional fees may apply for overnight shipping services.

Custom jewelry orders receive special handling due to their unique nature. These pieces represent both significant value and personal investment, which is why we primarily arrange hand delivery for all custom pieces. Should circumstances require shipping of a custom piece, we will only proceed after receiving properly signed documentation authorizing the shipment. This extra step ensures both parties have agreed to the shipping arrangement and understand the terms of delivery.

All standard shipments are processed through our trusted shipping partner, JM Ship, a division of Jewelers Mutual Insurance, and are delivered via FedEx. This partnership allows us to provide you with reliable, secure, and fully insured shipping services through one of the nation’s most respected jewelry insurance providers. Our relationship with Jewelers Mutual Insurance ensures that your valuable purchases are protected by industry-leading security measures throughout the shipping process.

We maintain clear communication throughout the shipping process, providing tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can expect email notifications at key points during transit, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress and prepare for its arrival. Remember that an adult must be present to sign for the delivery, so please consider this when selecting your delivery address.

For orders being shipped to alternative addresses or international destinations, additional verification may be required to ensure the security of the transaction. Our staff will work with you to verify all shipping details and ensure proper documentation is in place before processing these special shipping requests.

During peak seasons and holidays, we recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to maintain our standard shipping timeframes throughout the year, certain periods may experience higher volume and potential delays. I had been looking for somebody to make me an engagement ring for some time and felt pretty uncomfortable dealing with many of the jewelers I had spoken with. I lost the diamond in my custom designed wedding ring when the setting prongs became loose without me realizing. I was beyond heartbroken and sad and it actually took me 4 years to look for a jeweler that I could trust to help me. My original setting was too high and I thought I would have to have the ring completely redesigned. After a diligent search , I found David Stern Jewelers. David was very welcoming and entering his store felt more like visiting an old friend than a stuffy, uptight establishment that most jewelry stores feel like (to me, anyway). David assured me that we could lower the setting and he had a beautiful pear shaped diamond that fit perfectly. And, amazingly enough, he had the new diamond in the new setting within 3 hours! I'm so happy that I walked into that little "gem" of a store and met David! He's the real deal!

After speaking with many jewelers but being unable to schedule an appointment, David agreed to see us and appraise our ring the same day. He did a thorough and complete job explaining the process as he went. His knowledge and care were remarkable. Without prior discussion or appointment, he spontaneously and generously provided information about additional jewelry that we were unable to obtain elsewhere and he agreed to repair a bracelet we thought was unfixable - and at a reasonable price. I brought in my engagement ring for a “second opinion” because when someone at the International Diamond Exchange resized my ring, it came back with unremovable residue under the diamonds in the setting, and denied that it was a problem. David and Colleen told me they would put it in an acid bath, and they kindly removed my center stone to avoid damaging anything. They placed the stone safely in a little pack for me to take home, which was so wonderful because it is a family stone. I hope to be picking it up soon. David said it would look as good as new! Because they were so kind, I went ahead and asked them about a design for my fiancé’s wedding ring. David gave me a great estimate and set up a plan for me that I can afford (I’m about to graduate college) and told me he would make it exactly to my specifications. I am so excited! Thanks to Rob, Colleen, and David. Such amazing service, and for a walk-in no less!

He is very knowledgeable about diamonds, explaining the differences between lab grown and mined diamonds. David provided a fair price to buy a diamond as well. Although writing a testimonial and supportive review is not something I often do, there are a handful of special moments in one's life when you encounter a service, product or company that thoroughly exceeds your expectations. So very much so, and in every capacity, that you feel as though you'd be remiss if you didn't share your wonderful experience with the world. THIS is one of those times! I am a REAL CUSTOMER and this is my unsolicited story. I respectfully encourage you to read on. After conducting a fair amount of Due Diligence and reading the reviews about reputable Jewelers -- just as you're probably doing right now -- I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased with the expert guidance, creativity and fair-priced service that I received at David Stern Jewelers. My first encounter with David Stern was by telephone, and within just a couple of minutes or so, after I had explained the nature of my multiple inquiries, I was convinced that my search efforts had paid off and that I'd truly found the right guy! I made an appointment to visit with David that afternoon and was later greeted by David at the door. His outright friendliness was candidly warm, personable and very down-to-earth. This put me at ease right away and we went into his office for a personal consultation. I explained that subsequent to my Mom's recent passing, my brother and I had inherited her fairly extensive collection of all kinds of jewelry … it included a mixture of diamond pieces, white & yellow gold bracelets, necklaces, rings, pins -- both Vintage and Current -- along with many pieces of costume jewelry. This entire collection would, at a later date, be fully evaluated, assessed and render a proposed cash offer. Among other things, I first wanted to repurpose the diamonds from two of my Mother's rings to create a one-of-a-kind Engagement Ring for my very deserving Fiancée. Like a couple of old friends working together, I described to David what I was looking for and, on very short order, David came up with a basic sketch rendering. It incorporated several sentimental stones from both of my Mom's rings ... David's creative vision for this finely crafted piece was amazing! Truthfully, ten days later when I picked up the finished ring, I was blown away by its exquisite and gleaming design … so was everyone else, especially my Fiancée … when I proposed!! It was a custom creation from the ground-up that only someone with David Stern's talent could precisely fabricate. Since the purchase of that beautiful ring, I've been back to see David several times. Each time, he insists on cleaning and polishing whatever pieces of jewelry I/we happen to have (routinely Free-of-Charge) and we're always greeted like "Family". Our most recent appointment was a three-hour Cost-Free consultation to appraise and assess our Mother's entire collection of jewelry. We selected a few pieces that we wanted to keep in the family, and then decided to accept David's generously-fair Cash-Offer for the remaining pieces. I can honestly say that when it comes to Jewelry, you won't find a nicer, more-qualified, pleasant, genuine, knowledgeable, trustworthy, considerate and fair-minded person than David Stern.
